My son was adopted out of Idahofalls Idaho his birth name on his crib card was Nickolas Lee Henderson his birthparents are Jonathan Lee Henderson and Michelle Olsen. You were born premature in febuary of 1991. You were released from the hospital on oxygen, you were born at Eastern Idaho Reginal Medical Center in Idahofalls Idaho You spent about three months in the NICU. I visited you everyday at the hospital until I was told you had been taken. You were taken from the hospital by the head nurse who helped arrange your secretive adoption. There was a home made baby blanket made by your Aunt Angel that said Nicolas Lee, you were seen by Dr.Jill Veber from the childrens center on 9th and oxford. I(your birthfather) have blonde hair blue eyes I am about six feet tall. Your birthmother has red hair green eyes and is also tall our contacts are jonsjade@yahoo.com or lil_miss_attitude_200356@yahoo.com we realy want to here from u or you adoptive parents. You have 4 sisters, Marissa she is 16 ,Alyssa she is 11, breanna she is 7 & J.J she is a year & a half. And a little brother who is 10 named jonathan. I never wanted to give you up i was 16 and they wouldnt let me have you.
