I am looking for information or descendants of Peter Christopher Byrne, who was born in County Wicklow, Ireland and came to Alton, Illinois (perhaps via Canada)prior to 1860. I know that he had at least two sons, John (Jack) Byrne (my Grandfather) and Christopher who went to California and whose descendants are all in contact but there were also daughters and possibly other sons who stayed or traveled to other locations who we do not know.
