Hello I am searching for the dod of my forfather Marinus Jacobus Van der Wiere, he was born in 1800 in the Netherlands and emigrated in 1873 to Grand Rapids Kent Michigan. He was named in the 1880 census (he lived with his son Cornelius) in the 1890 census he was not named, so probably dead. In the US he was called Martin J. Vanderwiere (he also has a son and several grandsons with the same name!). Is there somewhere I can check death records, cemeteries?? WHo knows more? Esther | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
