Looking for any anformation on my father; born 1914-1915 in Iowa. Adopted when he was six months old by The Lowe family of Keokuk, Iowa. His birth name was Johnson; adopted from an orphanage in Ottumwa, Iowa. Understand this is a long shot; just looking for information on his birth family. Any help would be greatly appreciated. When he was adopted he was given the first name of Wayne; don't know if this is his birth name or not. His birth date was August 22 1914. Adopting family was Roscoe Lowe and Myrtle Nancy Talley.
