I am looking for the birth parents of my husband. His adopted name is James Lee Ellsworth. He believes his birth name was Thomas Lee Stoddard (or Studdard, Stoddart). He was born in either 1933 or 1932 in Mexico, Missouri or somewhere in the area near Springfield, MO. He believes his mother's name was "Dolly" Studdard/Stoddard/or Stoddart. She may have lived on an indian reservation. He's not certain, but thinks his father may have been Hugh Tolsen or Tolson from the same area of MO. Hugh took him in as a toddler when he married, but his new wife didn't want him to live with them. He was adopted when he was about 4 years of age by Beatrice and Clyde Ellsworth, friends/acquaintances of Hugh Tolsen/Tolson, in San Diego, CA.
