I am searching for my Birthmother (name unknown). I was born Todd Ryan Cass in Jacksonville, Florida may 26th, 1973. I believe my real name to be Todd Ryan Strickland. I believe the attending physicians name to be Mendoza, and I was born at the Babtist Medical center also in Jacksonville. My adoptive parents names were Lee Cass,Sr. and Ora Lee Cass, a foster parent couple who decided to keep me after I was placed in thier home.
