I am searching for my family. I was put up for adoption in 1966. My name is Charlene. I was born in the Bessemer Salvation Army Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. I found my bio mother about 20 years ago. Her name was Patricia (Pat) Lee. She should be in her early 60's now. I have not seen her since then. She did not give me much info on my bio father. She said his name was Jimmy David Smith and went by the nickname "Snake" when he was younger. He should probably be in his mid 60's now. The last I heard he was still near Birmingham, maybe in Hueytown. I have had some severe medical problems in the last few years with multiple surgeries and would like to talk to my relatives about medical history.
