I am searching for my niece. Born as Melissa Sue Bornholdt on 10/10/1982 in Norfolk NE (Madison County). Birth parents: Connie Sue Tappe and Russell Dean Bornholdt. I believe the adoption was set up through Catholic Charities. The couple who adopted her may have been from Omaha, NE at the time. The last picture my family received of Melissa was when she was two years old and she was hugging a doll which was bigger than she. In the picture, she had brown hair and dark brown eyes.
