I am searching for my brother's birth parents. He was born Kevin Salters in Shreveport, La on April 5, 1962. It was an immediate adoption. Actually he has tried to find this information before and was told there was no information on him or his birth name in Shreveport, Baton Rouge or Washington, D.C. All we know is that his mother was single. She was caring for her father who was very ill and could not do that and raise a baby. The father was in a blue collar type job.
