I am looking for my birth mother. Her name is/was Louella Carter. I ws born on June 10, 1952 in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Louella Carter signed over her rights on June 17, 1952 to my adoptive parents, William and Ruby Field. My name was changed from Baby Girl Carter to Susan Ann Field. My birth certificate says "State file 020449". It says that the birth was in Edmond, Oklahoma.
