My name was Michelle Lee Messer and I live in Roanoke VA. I gave up a child through Childrens Home Society of VA. His birth name was Christopher Shawn Messer. He will be 18 on June 27th 2008 therefore I cannot search for him but would give anything to receive an email from his adoptive parents (his real parents because they have raised him while I only gave birth to him. He was born at 8:18 pm and was 20 1/2 inches long and 6.78 pounds. I just want to know he is alive and healthy as I gave him up out of love and not selfishness. I have his records updated as I am now married and have a son who is 15 and will be 16 May 10th. I live in Vinton VA (right beside Roanoke) and my full name now is Michelle Lee McCarthy. PLEASE if the parents of Christopher (his name is surely different now) could please contact me just to let me know he is okay.
