Birth mother Matheny. Male born 05/03/60. Adopted surname Ganfield. No name given at birth as adoption was apparently pre-arranged. "Baby Matheny" on original birth certificate. Born in University Hospital Columbus, Ohio. Adoptive parents have both passed away. Just want to say hello and thank you.
