Looking for my birth parents. I now know my birth mother's maiden name was MARILYN COOK, BORN FEBRUARY 4th,. 1944. I am a male and was born on June 7, 1967 at 8:25 p.m. in Los Gatos community hospital, Los Gatos (Northern - next to San Jose) California. According to non-identifying information, she was interested in studying art and literature and my birth father (possibly a Chenoweth) was in the navy. The Santa Clara County adoption agency handled the adoption. The men in her family were short, as am I. Apparently my birth mother was a tiny woman and my birth father was about 5'10".
