Query Text:

I am looking for John Irving, he was born at Stockbridgehall Farm around 1826 or before. His parents were Robert Irving and Janet Carruthers. He is listed in the 1841 census as their son but disappears after that. He may have died or he may have immigrated to the US.Anyone know anything about him would be a big help. The family is listed on the Irving tombstone in Dalton but this John is not on it.
