I was born in 1949 in Lancaster, Pa. and was given up for adoption to a childless couple, around six months of age. My adoptive mother and my birth mother, I think, were working in Kennett Sq. in a mushroom cannery at the time. I know that I have an older brother and a younger sister,who someone later told me had grown up and become a nurse, maybe in a hospital in Wilmington, Delaware. Both my adoptive parents have since passed away. I was told as a child my father was Italian. I have dark skin, black hair and brown eyes. I would like any information about my birth parents or siblings. My adoptive parents were from NC and moved back there when I was 13 yrs old. This was a private adoption. I have a picture of my brother and sister at a birthday party when I was about 5-6 yrs old, living in Yorklyn,Del. I had a good life but would like to find my biological family and get some questions answered. I think my given name was Cheryl Lynn but not sure. My date of birth is 5-21-1949.
