Searching for parents/relatives of an adopted girl born 10/20/1944 at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. Name at birth was Judith Ann Rupp. I don't know if the mother's maiden name was Rupp or if that was the father's name. I don't believe they were married at the time. I believe she had several siblings and know of one half-sister who was about 18 months older. I also believe the father was in the military. It was a private adoption from birth. The mother rented an apartment from a relative and set the adoption up through her. Any info would be greatly appreciated, as all members of the adopted family who would know are now deceased.
