I'm looking for information about my families surname. My great-grandmother is from Haiti,my great-grandfather is from Puerto Rico(Ponce').They met when my grandfather fought the Banana War in Haiti in the 1930's. They had children,one of the children was named Rose Marie,born around 1939-1940 in Haiti. The Family moved to Ponce' Puerto Rico in the 1940's. My Grandmother had a sister that was an actress name (Unknown),Grandma married my Grandfather George Norman,had one daughter in Ponce and moved to New York City in 1957. Their daughter was named MayRose Marie Norman,my mother was born in 1958 her name is Loray Elisabeth Norman and one son. My grandmother died before I was born. She died in Kings County New York. I saw Pictures of her,I can say,,I look IDENTICAL to her. I would like to know my family in Ponce Puerto Rico and in Haiti.
