Mothers Name Barbara Diane Perkins.Birth father will not be on birth cert,but is Douglas Earl Blieler. You may have been adopted through a state agency into Polk county Or. Its seems that the adoption agent made a comment to that effect. Father was going to war in Viet Nam and I was to young to give you a decent home. I think of you almost daily, wonder how your life turned out,if you are happy,if I have grandchildern. All the things a mother would want to know.
