I am searching for any information about my birth mother, Julie Maureen Kemp. I was born in Livermore, California on October 30, 1984. My adoptive parents moved me to British Columbia when I was about 10 months old. My birth mother was 16 at the time of my birth. My name at birth was Melissa Renee. My adoptive name is Sharon Rebecca Rabey (Scherr) I FOUND HER!!!
