I am for Gravesend looking for any information regarding Christopher Francis De (da) Salis O'Toole who left Hull Sunday 10 Oct 1857 where he left as a purser on the Barque Palmyra as a purser, bound for Nelson New Zealand, from there he was employed by the Province Of Otago as a Customs Officer, ending up in Bluff New Zealand where he was also a customs officer, he a married Amelia Lonquet ( her father became one of the early mayor's of the province of Otago/Sothland NZ.) He died in Invercargill 1881.
