I was born in Indianapolis, IN on 12/5/82, taken to columbus and privately adopted in Franklin County to a family in Clintonville to a family when I was nine months old. I believe I was taken back for a brief period of time by my birth mother before I was finally adopted. I am told my birth name was something like Salvitore Antonio, and I have non-identifying information which confirms I am italian, like my birth mother I'm allergic to Penicillin. I am looking for birth mother and any other relatives, I believe I have brothers/sisters as my birth mother came to the social workers a short time later asking for baby cribs. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
