My adopted daughter is looking for her birth mother in Romania. My daughter's Romanian name is Rodica Curea. Her mother's name was Nela Curea and later Nela Trusca. She lived in the Turnu-Severin area in 1991. Rodica was adopted in 1991. Her mother was an unwed teenage (17) mother and left Rodica in the orphanage at birth. Nela later married a man who was not Rodica's father and left Rodica in the orphanage until she was adopted and came to the US in June of 1991.
