my biological parent/parents. I do not know either of their names. I am pretty sure that I was given up for adoption at my time of birth. I think that I was in foster care for a very short time. I believe that there was a social worker from Carlinville, Illinois. My adoption was completed at the Jersey County Courthouse in Jerseyville, Illinois.
