I am looking for any information on John Gillespie born in Ireland (maybe County Donegol) on either 24 June 1821 or on 6 May 1820. He was the son of John Gillespie and either Mary Daveron or Bridget Mulhern. He emigrated to USA on or about 1851 to Vermont and worked with marble. He married Catherine Sadlier(born in Ireland, daughter of Clement Sadlier) in Vermont in 1853. They moved to La Crescent, Minnesota that same year and operated a boarding house owned by Peter Cameron in the village of La Crescent. Their children were Mary Gillespie (m.Collins, Bridget Gillespie(m.Cameron), Alice Gillespie(m.Terrett), James Gillespie(m.
