I am searching for any info. about my birth-family and any or all medical info. I was born in Terre Haute, In on Jan. 09,1968. I was told my birth name was Virginia. And all my papers were signed in Hammond, IN. I know very little about my adoption. I was born at St. Anthony's hospital which is now gone, and that i was in foster care from about 5 weeks before I was adopted.
