I am searching for my birth mother. She was 16 when she gave birth to a girl on June 26, 1959 in Chattanooga,TN. I received unidentifing info from Dept of Children Services stating she was in the 10th grade, protestant, brunette, brown eyes,fair complexion. Her maternal grandather died at age 65 of lung cancer. She was the only child at that time of her parents, but had 4 half siblings born to her mother,sister and 3 brothers. I was adopted on Sept.15, 1959 to Paul and Lorene McElveen. I believe I was born at Earlanger Hospital and adopted through Family and Children' Services. I was born at 11:33am and weighed 5lbs 8ozs. I mostly am interested in medical information, but I also am curious. Both of my parents are now deceased. I am married with a son and a daughter.
