Hospital of birth is in Newburgh NY (St. Lukes). Adopted through Department of Social Services. Birth Mother's name Barbara T. Nielsen (Raponi-maiden name), Birth Father's name Raymond G. Nielsen Also have 4 siblings which I would like to meet.
