I am looking for William BROWN born in Cornwall. Parish is not known. He moved to Gloucestershire before 1841. He was an Ag. Lab. and then became a gardener I need to locate all William BROWN's born in Cornwall in 1803 plus and minus a couple of years. Then I need to track them in 1841/51 to eliminate them.
