I am looking for my birth parents in Singapore. My fathers name is believed to be Philips according to my foster mom. Please Please help me find them and my other siblings. Born 1959/1960 from an anglo indian family. Given to Malay family. Foster parents name are Abdullah Zawawi and Fatimah. Midwife who arranged adoption known as Sharifah Fatimah.
