F 4-21-1968 Buffalo, NY 2:27 PM Born in Buffalo adopted in Tompkins County. Booth Memorial Hospital in conjunction with the Salvation Army Unwed mother's home. Adoption done through Tompkins County Dept. of Welfare, caseworker; Susan Cotton. My BM was 16, a junior in High School. I weighed 6 lbs 9oz. Blonde haired and blue eyed. My BM had preeclampsia, (go mom!) but carried me to term. Attny.-Helen Amder Finalized 5-13-1968 in Ithaca. I have positive id if someone got to hold me-my birthmark. Rh- blood type.
