I am looking for my birth mother and father. I was born February 11, 1979 in Minnesota. I am not sure of the exact location. I was adopted through the Lutheran Adoption Agency in Minneapolis Minnesota. My understanding is that my birth mother was 16 at the time of my birth and she was living with her mother or grandmother or in a foster home. I have heard different stories. I have no information on my father. I was placed in a foster home until the age of 5 months then I was adopted by my parents. I have heard that my name in the foster home was Rebecca.
