I was born on October 29, 1968 @ Lafayette Home Hospital @ 3:57am. I weighed 7 lbs. 11oz. at birth. Tippecanoe Co. Welfare Dept. handled my adoption. Tom Brooks handled the adoption for my adoptive parents.I recently received non-identifying information on my birth mother and it states that she was 18 yrs. old at the time of my adoption and that she was born in Kentucky. I am looking for any information that will assist me in finding her.I would really like the chance to be able to meet her. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
