I am looking for a James or Jim Sparks that was born probably in 1934 or so. I know that when he was around 29 he lived somewhere in New England or at least the East Coast. He got a girl he knew very well and was close to(high school sweet-heart?) pregnant. The girl's last name might have been Jones and she was 3 years younger than James. His mother most likely knew about the pregnancy and she was probably a secretary with a hearing problem from a childhood illness. The girl's father supposedly worked (as a civilian) in the military (postal worker?) James eventually broke up with the girl and she moved to the West Coast (CA) to give birth to a boy (me) in 1963 where I was immediately given up for a closed adoption. James either worked as a security guard or a policeman or was training to be a policeman. He was around 5'9" - 5'10" and had brown hair (and possibly blue eyes.) I was James' and the girl's first child and was named by my birthmother as Gregory Scott Jones. My adopted name became Tyler Jonathan Steele. I would like to find James because I am adopting a child now and I would like to find my true geneological heritage to pass down to my child as well as his adopted heritage. I am not seeking any financial compensation or trying to force myself into his family. I am open to further contact if that is desired by him or his family but I will not demand it if it is not desired by them. I am merely seeking information.
