I am searching for my mothers birth parent,or any relatives.My mother is now deceased, but her adoptive parents names were Paul and Dorothy Loughran. They resided in Baltimore MD (Woodlawn)Her d.o.b was January 6,1960 or 62.Atleast that was the birthday we knew of. I think the adoption may have been through Catholic charities.My mother looked to have indian in her or possibly half, she had dark brown hair,brown eyes, high cheek bones. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
