Trying to find information on William Conn and Nancy Yates 1810-1917. They had a son, Elijah Conn born 2 Feb 1848. They were in Alabama at that time but that's as far back as I can get so far. Elijah Conn was married to Elizabeth Hughes and had John Robertson Conn, my great grandfather. He married Olive Wright and they had Vera May Conn, my grandmother. She married Herman Otis Hughen, my grandfather, and that was my maiden name. I have put what I have thus far on Ancestry.com under Hughen/Conn Family Tree.
