Trying to Trace a Thomas Franklin Marshall DuLaney on his British Army Enlistment papers WW1 it states he was born in Windsor Canada July 1885 I have never been able to trace any record of his birth or his parentage also there is a query on his Surname DuLaney or du Laney.
