I'm trying to find out who were the parents of my fourth great grandfather. His name was John Rowley. He was born in 1760. I believe he was born in Tipton, Staffs. Though another researcher has his birthplace as Bridgnorth. Wherever he was born, he married a Sarah Smith from Tipton on 7th September 1829 and their nine children were all born in Tipton.
