June 1-Dec 1957 baby boy born in probably Rutland, VT. also seen under Mi. but most personal records show VT. born. Edgar Allen Newton was said to be a son of a birth surname of Ripley and related to the family of Ripleys Believe it or not. The mother and father or either probably from family rumors lived in VT. at the time of his conception, but moved later? The family rumors were that the families knew each other very well. It was along time ago but were hoping that somewhere in the family that someone may of had this knowledge past down. names we know of that may or may not be correct: Ripley, Brown, Lindley. and more. Mary, Edward, Willliam ? Edgars parents were Samuel Mark Newton and Mary Catherine (Allen) ..They lived in VT/. but later moved to Wi. where that is the first time I saw Edgar was on the Naples, Buffalo, Wisconsin census for 1860.
