PEA/DUFF: I am searching for information on Elizabeth PEA, born 1847 in Knox County, Indiana. Her parents were Irvin and Diana CATT PEA. Elizabeth married Martin VanBuren DUFF in 1864. They moved to CUMBERLAND COUNTY, IL and had 4 children, Charity, Mary Ann, William, and Sarah. Elizabeth moved back to Vincennes in 1880 and divorced Martin. The 1880 KNOX Co census shows Elizabeth (Bettie) Duff residing with Benjamin Blankenship and her mother Diana. This is the last information I can find on Elizabeth. Did she remarry? Does anyone know where she might have gone or what happened to her after 1880? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
