My name is Christine. I am searching for my mother. She gave me up for adoption at birth through an adoption agency called "Family Services" which was part of the United Way in Virginia Beach, VA. It was a closed adoption. I was born on 5/14/1987 at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. All I know is she named me Kendel and she was 15 yrs old when she gave birth to me. My father was 17, and my adoptive family was told he was killed in a car accident 3 months after I was born. I have been wanting to find my mother and rest of my family for so long.
