I just saw your posting and thought I'd write you. I have been helping my daughter locate her bio family - if no luck I might add. Her birthmom's name was also Dugan and my daughter was born in Queens, NY on 2/9/65. I was wondering if your adoption was handled by Angel Guardian?? As you know, NYS adoptions are one of the most difficult to work with. Just like you, my daughter is interested in learning her health history. The only thing we were told was that he birth family was "healthy" - not much to go on. I wish you luck in your search and hope the doors will be open for you.
