Dear all, I am searching for my ancestors who moved from Slovenia (former Yugoslavia) to Milwaukee, WI. Elisabeth Smode (b.1896)and Joseph Spraitz (b.1894,d.1970). They had a lot of children. Exactly how many I do not know. This is one of the thing I would like to research for my Family tree. I know of 7 children, but suspect that they had more. Children: Elisabeth (b.1918), Adolph (b.1920-2005), Joseph (b.1921-1977), Gizela (? spelling in US - b. 1924),Robert Spraitz (b.1927-1997 - married twice Margaret Crowley, Clara Erdman); Emma Spraitz (b.1929-2003 - married to Robert Parkinson), Tony Spraitz... I have some more info from the Census 1920, 1930 and obituaries but have not succeeded yet to get in contact with living "Spraitzes".
