My name is Brigitte Marie Laplante, I am searching for my son who was born Maxime Carlos Laplante (Ruiz, fathers last name). Maxime was born in St. Hyacinthe Quebec on January 16, 1986. He was adopted with a sibling in Toronto in 1990. He was born with a cleft lip and had surgery at 3 mos. to correct in St. Justin Hospital in Montreal QC.
