I was born December 22, 1956 @ the Miseracordia Hospital in Winnipeg, to Ann Savage believed to be from Wawanesa area prior to living in Winnipeg. My Birth name Melody Ann Savage. I believe my biological Mother was a housekeeper in Winnipeg during her pregnancy. I also believe she was a school teacher? I was given up for adoption in February 1957, and the time between me being born and adopted I resided at the Miseracordia Hospital. I was adopted into the Giesbrecht family and raised in Southern Manitoba. Unfortunately a legal adoption never did take place.
