I am searching for my birth parents and family. I was born on August 4, 1973 at Kandang Kerbau Hospital in Singapore. Through a family friend, Mrs. Da Silva, my adoption was coordinated between my American parents and my Singaporean birth parents. I am the last of eight siblings. My American parents paid for a tubal ligation of my birth mother. As listed on my birth certificate, the name of my birth father is TAN HENG SOON. The name of my birth mother is GOH GUEK CHOON. I assume her married name is TAN GUEK CHOON. My birth name is TAN CHEE SENG. The surname of my American family is MULLINS. Please help.
