Looking for relatives of my great grandfather.His adopted birth name is Louis Simms born In either Mississippi or P.A. Jan 11 about the 1900's,Married Frances Lawerance in Minnesota approx mid 1900's. We believe he may have been mexican decent but was left alone suddenly as a baby and rescued by a african american family that lived next door to him.We have generations that know nothing about there selfs or there history.
