I was born in Hawksburry Ontario and place for adoption in Hull. My biological mother was 18 and my father was 21 not maried. My biological parents placed me in the hands of nuns. My adoptive parents were Jean Paul and Gabrielle Cloutier, my adoptive mothers maiden name was Trudeau.My name is Johanne D. Cavazza I am in need of my medical background for I have two children with health problems one needs a kidney transplant and the other has other problems.
