I'm looking for my grandfather's family & ancestors. His name is Albin Robert Mueller, changed to Miller after immigrationg to the U.S. He was born 15 Dec 1868 in Posendorf, Germany; died 16 Apr 1947 in Malung township, Roseau Co., Minnesota, U.S.A. He immigrated to the U.S. in the 1890s, married Christine Luise Engler (b 21 Dec 1867, Britzingen, Baden, Germany; d 4 July 1908 St. Paul, Ramsey Co, Minnesota, U.S.A.) After she died he married her first cousin, Emilie Evelyn Engler (b7 apr 1870, St. Ilgen, Germany, d 23 Feb 1954, Roseau, Mn.) Albin's parents were: Heinrich Mueller & Marie Vogel of Posendorf. We know nothing of his siblings or parents. Any help anyone can give would be appreciated. Have old photos from Germany that I will share. Once in America he lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, then St. Paul, Mn, & most of his life in Roseau, Minnesota. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
