 I am searching for the cemetery where John L. McConnell was buried either in 1894 or 1897. The Atlanta Constitution says he was buried at Astor,GA. Astor is now Forest Park, Clayton County,Ga. He was the father of Jim McConnell, formerly marshal of East Point. Ancestry has this obit. dated 19 Apr.1897. This date is in dispute. He may have died in 1894. John L McConnell was b. in Henry Co,Ga in 1825 and married Josephine Hutchinson in Clayton county,GA
