In search of Birth Mother. I was born July 18, 1970. I was put up for adoption in 1971 through franklin county children services in columbus, OH. I was adopted to Jeff and Rita Ware in 1973-74. My case worker at the time was Kathleen Hopkins. My attorney who handled the adoption was Walter E. Carson ESQ. My biological mother was 16 when she had me, I weighed 5lbs and 13 ozs. This is all the information I have. The case is closed and I can't get any other information. My adopted parents are now both deceased. I live every day with an emptiness.
